What we do

Four jobs,
one crew.

Most clients use all four on the same run — the crew that carries it in is the crew that assembles it and takes the packaging away. One visit, one invoice, one person to ring.

01

Two-person home delivery

Bulky goods carried into the room of choice by a uniformed crew of two.

Lounges, beds, fridges, treadmills — the things that will not fit through a door on their own. We book a window the day before, text on approach, put down floor protection, and leave the place as we found it.

  • Two-person crews, room of choice
  • Booked window with an ETA link
  • Floor and doorway protection
  • Photo proof of delivery at the door

02

Installation & assembly

Assembled, positioned, tested and working before the crew leaves.

A delivery that ends with a customer staring at a flat-pack box is only half a job. Our crews assemble on site, level and position the unit, test it where it needs testing, and take the debris with them.

  • Flat-pack and part-assembled goods
  • Appliance positioning and connection
  • Levelling, testing and handover
  • Scope agreed per SKU before launch

03

Takeback & returns

Old units, packaging and failed deliveries, back the other way.

The truck is going back empty otherwise. Crews remove the old appliance or mattress, take the cardboard and polystyrene away for recycling, and carry returns straight back to your DC — no second visit, no second invoice.

  • Old unit removal and disposal
  • Packaging taken for recycling
  • Returns carried back to your DC

Dedicated fleet & store delivery

Trucks and crews assigned to your operation — in your livery if you want them.

For clients with steady volume, we run a dedicated fleet: the same vehicles, the same drivers, working only your freight. Also covers store replenishment and dock-to-dock work between your sites.

  • Dedicated vehicles and crews
  • Your livery and uniforms on request
  • Store replenishment runs
  • Tail-lift and forklift unload

Why customers stay

The boring stuff,
done properly.

Nobody switches carrier for a slogan. They switch because something broke — a missed booking, a driver who never showed, an invoice nobody could explain. Here is how we avoid that.

We never hold your stock

No warehouse, no racking, no inventory risk sitting with a third party. Your goods stay in your DC until our crew loads them, and they are delivered the same day. One less place for stock to go missing.

Our own trucks, our own crews

The fleet is owned and the crews are employed, not brokered out on the morning. That is why the same faces turn up at your dock each week, and why we can train them on your product.

We wear your brand, carefully

For most of your customers the delivery crew is the only person from your company they will ever meet. We take that seriously — uniforms, floor protection, and crews who introduce themselves.

Scanned and photographed

Load, depart, arrive, deliver. Signature and photo captured at the door and attached to the consignment before the crew is back in the truck. Visible to you, live.

Visibility

You can see
exactly where
it is.

This is the board your account manager works from, and the same view you get on your login. Every delivery, every scan, updated as the crews work — so your customer service team can answer "where is it?" without ringing us.

In their words

What it's like
on the receiving end.

“We moved eleven stores across to Frontline over a weekend and the thing I keep coming back to is that nobody rang me about it on the Monday. That is the whole review, really.”
Dana Whitlock Supply Chain Manager · Furniture retail group, VIC
“Two-person delivery is where most carriers fall over. Their crews assemble it, take the packaging, take the old lounge, and they do not leave a mark on the hallway. Our delivery complaints dropped by about two-thirds.”
Peter Ngo Head of Operations · Homewares, NSW

Before you ask

Common questions.

No — and that is deliberate. We are a delivery contractor, not a 3PL. Your goods stay in your own DC or store until our crew loads them, and they go out for delivery the same day. You keep control of your inventory.

Every home delivery is booked into a three-hour window the day before, and the receiver gets a tracking link when the crew starts the run. If they miss it, we rebook at no charge the first time.

It is agreed per SKU before we launch, so there is no argument at the door. Typically that is assembly, positioning, levelling and a basic function test. Anything requiring a licensed trade — hard-wiring, plumbing — we will tell you up front.

Yes. We run our own vehicles through regional Victoria and NSW on set days, and use vetted agents beyond that. Regional deliveries typically add one to two days.

We carry public liability, marine transit and workers compensation cover. Certificates of currency, licences and our safety management plan go out with every account setup, and on request at any time.

Send us your delivery volumes, the metros you need covered and what installation involves. We will come back with a rate card and a launch plan, usually within two business days.
